Al Murad has boosted productivity across its multi-site operation by upgrading to GenetiQ Cloud. A long-standing customer since 2018, the retailer has relied on GenetiQ On-Premise (previously known as Intact iQ) to support its operations has now completed this latest upgrade as the next step in modernising its ERP capability.

The move was delivered through a staged rollout, with GenetiQ On-Premise and GenetiQ Cloud running side by side during the transition to maintain continuity. Now live on GenetiQ Cloud, Al Murad’s teams have secure, browser-based access from any device, supporting faster, more flexible working across stores, franchises and head office without desktop installations.

Al Murad’s 120 users are already seeing the improvements. GenetiQ Cloud’s modern interface, built-in automation and business intelligence reduce manual effort and improve real-time visibility, helping teams respond faster and make decisions with greater confidence.

Built on GenetiQ’s proven on-premise framework and engineered with cloud-native technology, GenetiQ Cloud combines trusted ERP foundations with modern cloud performance. Scalable infrastructure and REST API integrations support connected operations and evolving technologies, including AI-driven advancements.

Al Murad uses GenetiQ’s AFD integration to speed up address capture and strengthen data quality across the business. Teams can search and auto-fill verified addresses from partial details such as a postcode or company name, while validation at the point of entry helps reduce errors and failed payments.

GenetiQ’s Business Metrics module gives Al Murad real-time visibility across stores, franchises and head office without waiting for scheduled reports. Role-based dashboards highlight the KPIs that matter to each team - including margins and emerging trends - with clear visual prompts that help surface issues early. Built-in AI can flag unusual movements and suggest next-best actions, while a full audit trail supports stronger accountability across a busy, multi-site operation.

GenetiQ supported Al Murad throughout the upgrade, with preparation, testing and security carried out behind the scenes so day-to-day work could continue as normal.

The move to GenetiQ Cloud provides Al Murad with a modern, scalable ERP platform, delivering stronger day-to-day performance now, with the flexibility to support future growth.
