Will GenetiQ Cloud replace GenetiQ On-Premise or GenetiQ Xline? No. GenetiQ Cloud is an addition to our product family. As our CEO Justin Lawless confirmed: "We remain fully committed to the ongoing development of GenetiQ On-Premise and GenetiQ Xline, with dedicated roadmaps already in place." I'm an existing GenetiQ On-Premise/GenetiQ Xline customer. Will I be required to migrate?

No. We have no plans to discontinue support for GenetiQ On-Premise or GenetiQ Xline. Both platforms will continue to receive updates, compliance updates, and new features as outlined in our product roadmaps.

However, if you're considering modernising your systems infrastructure or moving to cloud-based solutions, we would be happy to discuss how our new offerings might align with those plans to provide you with additional benefits and capabilities.
