Which type is better for my business?

Can I combine cloud and on-premise systems? We generally recommend not combining cloud and on-premise systems. Hybrid setups are only available in exceptional cases, but if you feel your circumstances are exceptional, please speak with our sales team.

  • ✔ Cloud-based ERP (like GenetiQ Xline and GenetiQ Cloud) uses a subscription-based (SaaS) model, with monthly, quarterly, or annual per-user fees. These usually include support, maintenance, updates, and post-go-live hypercare.

GenetiQ Cloud is also a browser-based, cloud-native platform, giving you the flexibility to access your system from anywhere, without any local installation.

With all GenetiQ solutions, you’ll have ongoing access to your account manager after go-live. If you choose to expand, customise, or enhance your system further, your account manager will work with you to scope and quote any additional work outside the original project.
