Our REST API and integration toolkit make it easy to connect with your ecommerce platform, couriers, business intelligence, finance tools, and more. We also offer built-in integrations—including Cliqx (ecommerce), Clover (payments), Transport Scheduler, document scanning, and others—ready to go.
What if we use something niche or custom? If we’ve done it before, it’s plug-and-play. If not, we’ll help scope it and connect it using our open API framework or plugin library.
Do I need technical skills to manage integrations? Not at all. We handle the technical side so you can stay focused on running your business. GenetiQ Cloud simplifies complexity—it doesn’t add to it.
What about document automation and EDI? We offer both. GenetiQ Cloud supports EDI for direct digital trading—automatically sending or receiving orders, invoices, and statements without manual input.
