I began my role in December 2022. I have a background in History, with additional qualifications in Learning & Development and Coaching. I spent 18 years in the insurance industry, transitioning from Sales to Training and L&D. My early experience in customer service came from working in my family's shop, where I was paid in sweets!
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to interact with a wide range of people across the business. It's a joy to meet new colleagues each month and contribute to their journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking, travelling, socialising, and savouring a quiet moment with a cup of tea. My favourite quote is, "Comparison is the thief of joy.".
