I've just learned about your new GenetiQ Cloud product. What does this mean for me as a GenetiQ On-Premise customer?

As a GenetiQ On-Premise customer, you now have access to our next-generation ERP solution. GenetiQ Cloud is our new cloud-native, browser-based platform that builds on everything we've learned from developing GenetiQ On-Premise.

While GenetiQ Cloud offers modern browser-based benefits, your GenetiQ On-Premise system will continue to receive full support and development. There's no requirement to switch - any transition would be entirely your choice when it makes sense for your business.

Will I be required to move to GenetiQ Cloud? No. GenetiQ On-Premise will continue to be fully supported and developed. The decision to migrate to GenetiQ Cloud is entirely optional and can be made on your own timeline. GenetiQ Cloud provides an excellent pathway when you're thinking about upgrading your infrastructure to cloud-based solutions, but this transition will be at your discretion and pace.
Will support be ending for GenetiQ On-Premise?

Absolutely not. We remain committed to supporting and enhancing GenetiQ On-Premise for the foreseeable future. We continue to invest in the product through ongoing development, regular enhancements and a customer-centric approach designed to support long-term value for customers.
