Aoife Fleming

I hold a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, where I specialised in Operations Management during my final year. While studying, I discovered my passion for HR through a few modules and decided to pursue it as a career.

My work experience includes a stint in sports retail, where I found joy in helping and supporting others.

I love the variety of my role at GenetiQ; every day presents a new learning opportunity, and no two days are the same, which has been invaluable in my first year here.

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks paired with a nice coffee.
