I enjoy seeing the output from our teams, the impact a new feature can have on the day-to-day operations of a customer, and making them more efficient and staff more productive.
In my role, I ensure that each of the teams within development can function, innovate and collaborate with each other and the wider company to develop, maintain and support the products that our customers rely on.
The best piece of advice I've ever received is - “Get yourself a job in a nice warm office and don’t find yourself working outside like me on a cold winter’s morning.” - my dad.
