ECF have been in business for almost 40 years. They specialise in manufacturing bespoke kitchen, bedroom and bathroom products from their site in Rearsby, Leicestershire, in the UK. The site consists of three manufacturing plants, three warehouses and two office buildings, including a Design and Marketing Suite. The company’s USP is being a family-owned business that guarantees a unique reliable product, attention to detail and great customer service.
Before Using Intact
At the outset ECF stressed that the new system would need to have the flexibility and scalability to grow with their business. They didn’t want to invest in another stop-gap purchase that might only last two or three years before they out-grew the software again. The codeless customisation of Intact iQ allowed ECF to add the bespoke elements they required easily. Using the agility configurator they were able to tailor the software to their needs to ensure it incorporated the bespoke costing, pricing and dimensional aspects of their product range.
