Download update files from the Luckins FTP site, extract them to a designated folder, and import them into your system.

Link Luckins TSI product codes and supplier data to your existing product and supplier records.

Which GenetiQ products support the Luckins Live integration?

The Trimble Luckins Live integration is supported on both GenetiQ and Xline.
How often is product and pricing data updated?

Updates are available weekly or monthly, depending on your Luckins agreement.
Can I use my own product codes instead of Luckins codes? Yes. You can keep your own stock codes while storing the Luckins TSI number in a separate field for reference.
Does the integration automatically create suppliers and categories?

No. You’ll need to create or map suppliers and categories manually during setup for accuracy.
What happens if I miss an update?

You must import any missed updates before applying the next one to ensure your data stays consistent.
Can I control how selling prices are calculated? Yes. Selling prices are derived from the imported list price plus any discounts configured in your GenetiQ system.
