Does the integration require manual syncing of NMBS data?

No. Product searches in NMBS OnePlace are live, so no syncing or local storage of product data is required.
What happens if an order contains an invalid product code?

The order remains in “Saved” status, and users are notified via email and in-system alerts to correct it before submission.
Can I add non-stock or special items?

Yes. Non-stocked products can be added as specials with a unique product code to ensure traceability.
Which version of GenetiQ do I need?

The integration requires the latest version of GenetiQ and uses REST API connectivity.
Is additional hardware required?

No. The integration is software-based and requires no additional hardware.
