We are pleased to announce that TG Builders Merchants, an 8 branch merchant based throughout Mid and North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire and Worcester, have placed their order with Intact for Intact iQ.
TG Builders Merchants are a Fortis member and part of the Tudor Griffiths Group (TG Group). As well as the builders merchants, Tudor Griffiths Group is one of the UK’s leading independent businesses in the supply of ready-mixed concrete, skip hire, waste management, biomass fuel and recycling. TG Builders Merchants offer a broad range of products and embrace the advantages that modern technology can bring to improve their customer service offering.
As a growing business, TG Builders Merchants realised that they required a more modern, flexible merchant solution moving forward. Intact iQ software offers all the modern workflow and alerting tools that they required and, importantly, lots of functions which they will ultimately have control over themselves.
With further planned expansion over the coming years, this investment is seen as vital to continue the growth they have planned. Initially the system will be for 90 users spread across their 8 branches and head office. Commenting on the order John Seaward (Financial Director) said:
