WBS Ltd lock down their future with Intact iQ

Intact are pleased to announce builders’ merchant WBS Ltd have joined the Intact family, placing their order for the Intact iQ system despite the difficult circumstances facing us all at the moment. This adds another H&B member into the customer base of Intact, further strengthening the position of Intact and the Intact iQ software for builders merchants. 

Working from their sizable Deeside base, WBS have warehouse space of over 20,000 square feet including a large yard and paving display. Predominantly a heavy side merchant, they have been providing building materials across the North West of England and North Wales since 1967. 

WBS deliver across the area with a large modern fleet of vehicles. Part of the reason for seeking a new ERP system was the contactless delivery functions of the Intact iQ APP. Making the decision in these uncertain times Nick Kelly, Managing Director of WBS, commented: 

“Whilst we have seen some disruption to business and requirements to change our working practices due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we felt this was the ideal time to invest in technology to help us through.” 

“With Intact iQ from Intact we felt we had found a partner and software system which would greatly improve the working practices for us all. Efficiencies within our business are going to be critical over the coming years and the Intact iQ package certainly provides that over our current aging computer system setup.”
