Job Title: Software Support Manager
Background: I graduated with a degree in accounting, followed by post-graduate studies in Information Management whilst working in different roles within local authority departments. I trained as a Business ERP Consultant in the Netherlands with Baan, and then worked on several long-term projects throughout Europe and the UK. I spent a couple of years in the accounts department at Halfords Headquarters before returning to consultancy for Sage. Consultancy and motherhood was a difficult mix, so that’s when I moved to Support, providing remote assistance for Sage business users. In 2010 I joined Blue Rock Systems as a homeworker, supporting Intact products. In 2017, I became Software Support Manager for Intact and have been in this role ever since.

Are you a coffee or tea person? Tea at home...coffee when out!
What three items would you take to a deserted island? Probably three books.
What do you love about the job? Without a doubt it’s the people I work with, plus the fact that every day is a “school day”!
