Can you describe a typical day in your position at Intact?
What I love most about my job is that no two days are ever the same. My time is divided between working with our customers, my team members in Wholesale Distribution, and the Product Team.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
The only difference between a novice and an expert is time and desire to learn.
What's the most adventurous thing you've ever done?
A skydive over New Zealand; something I am glad I did, and something I don’t plan to do again!
What's one thing about your role that customers might be surprised to learn?
I spend a lot of my time helping to improve our standard product offering, as well as helping to improve standards of project delivery.

What's the most rewarding part of your job when it comes to serving our customers?
Seeing our customers extracting more and more value out of their iQ system after going live.
If you could instantly become an expert in something, what would it be?
I would love to be good enough playing football to represent my country; if we can knock a few years off as well I might get into the squad!
